WPRE

This biomodule encodes for Woodchuck Hepatitis Virus (WHP) Posttranscriptional Regulatory Element (WPRE) is a DNA sequence that, when transcribed, creates a tertiary structure enhancing expression. The sequence is commonly used in molecular biology to increase expression of genes delivered by viral vectors. The AAV collection was developed by Sirion Biotech AG and is made available for research purposes only. Unless pursuant to a separate, written agreement with Sirion Biotech AG, the AAV collection and derivates thereof are not provided and have not been approved for use in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
