hGH polyA signal

This biomodule encodes for hGH polyA signal includes the sequence motif AAUAAA which promotes both polyadenylation and termination. The addition of the poly(A) tail is important for the stability of the mRNA, protection from degradation, and is integral to the nuclear export and translation processes as well. The AAV collection was developed by Sirion Biotech AG and is made available for research purposes only. Unless pursuant to a separate, written agreement with Sirion Biotech AG, the AAV collection and derivates thereof are not provided and have not been approved for use in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
